Return Policy:

 

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We offer straightforward returns if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Requirements for All Returns (UK and International):

  •  Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
  •  All returns must be accompanied by a returns note and must adhere to the following conditions:
    - Item(s) are in new, unused condition.
    - All product tags and hygiene strips are intact and in place.
    - Item(s) are in their original packaging as received by you.
    - Have been tried on with underwear beneath.
    - Are clean and free from streaks or odour.

UK Returns:

  • Returns within the UK are subject to a minimum charge of £3.
  • We also offer multiple return options depending on your location within the UK. Please contact our customer service team for more information on return rates specific to your area.

International Returns:

  • International return rates will vary by location. Please contact our customer service for more information on international return rates.

Geen retourzendingen voor op maat gemaakte producten:

  • Due to the personalised nature of custom-made goods, we regret to inform you that they are non-returnable.
  • Zodra een bestelling voor een op maat gemaakt product is geplaatst en bevestigd, kan deze om geen enkele reden worden geannuleerd of geretourneerd.
  • Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant om nauwkeurige en volledige informatie te verstrekken bij het plaatsen van een aangepaste bestelling.
  • Eventuele fouten of onnauwkeurigheden in de bestelgegevens komen niet in aanmerking voor restitutie of retournering.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a custom-made product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Within the EU

Orders delivered to an address within the EU should use this returns portal. Simply follow this process:

Bestellingen die worden geleverd op een adres binnen het Verenigd Koninkrijk moeten gebruikmaken van ons retourportaal. Volg gewoon deze procedure:

Outside the United Kingdom and EU

Orders delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom and EU (International) follow this process:

For international orders, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note, ProSwimwear will not be held liable for the payment of any duties or taxes relating to the return of items purchased. Returns are charged based on the carrier option selected, rates are displayed within the returns portal.

Please ensure you are aware of all charges, particularly when using couriers, to return items to ProSwimwear.

Any items returned to ProSwimwear that are subject to unpaid or outstanding taxes and duties will be declined. This means they will be held by the courier service until payment is received.

Any items held by couriers pending payment will be held at an external location to which ProSwimwear will have no access.

If taxes and duties are unpaid and/or returns held by couriers then ProSwimwear will not be able to process your refund/s.

Returns that have been sent with taxes and duties pre-paid will be accepted and processed as normal.
