The jammer type buoyancy short lifts your hips up like a wetsuit and help you find the optimum position in the water.

You can achieve a similar effect using a pull buoy, but these buoyancy shorts allow you to kick and turn naturally.

The jammers has a base of extremely flexible Glideskin neoprene 3mm on back and 5 mm on front.

The Glideskin coating provides great mobility and minimum water resistance.
